How we got here
The idea
FitClients began with a simple observation.
Talented coaches were still relying on spreadsheets, messaging apps, PDFs, and manual processes to run their businesses. Great coaching deserved better software.
We set out to create a platform that would let any coach launch their own branded coaching business without needing developers or technical expertise.
First version & real coaches
We shipped the first version and put it in the hands of real coaches. They could upload workout programs, add meal plans, create subscription-based access, and deliver everything through a mobile app.
From day one, their feedback shaped the product. Every improvement came from practical experience, not assumptions.
Automation & growth
As coaches expanded their businesses, so did we.
We shifted from “just an app” to a business system: website sign-up flows, Stripe payment integrations, subscription logic, and automated client onboarding. FitClients became more than a fitness app – it became a monetization engine for coaches.
The bigger vision
The long-term goal is clear: we’re building infrastructure for the next generation of fitness businesses. As the platform matured, the business evolved – rebranding to reflect a broader mission, expanding the team, and investing in product, performance, and support. With full multi-language capabilities and a global-first mindset, coaches can now run subscription businesses across borders with confidence.
